David Bramante is a commercial real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. He specializes in multi-family investments (5 units and above) and is an expert in real estate wealth management and apartment building operations. David's market area includes Hollywood, Koreatown, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Westlake, Downtown Los Angeles, Pico-Union, and the USC vicinity.
He is located in the Los Angeles office of Marcus & Millichap and is the senior partner of DBRE. The firm is the largest in the country with over 1,000 agents nationwide, and conducts more Southern California multi-family transactions than any other real estate firm.
David has received numerous recognitions for his work. In 2009, he was promoted to the National Multi-Housing Group and he has received several awards, including the national Pace Setter Award for high excellence within the firm and in his first year he received the Rookie of the Year award. Every year he is consistently ranked one of the top 10 sales associates in the LA office and in 2011 he was ranked number 5th out of 35 agents. He obtained his real estate license in 2005 and received his initial training at Sotheby's International Real Estate in Los Feliz. There he was the youngest real estate agent and successfully specialized in smaller multi-family investments.
In addition to brokerage, he has provided commercial real estate supervision for multi-family properties in Hollywood and Koreatown, and most recently mixed-use (including live-work loft projects) and retail spaces in the Westlake neighborhood of Downtown LA (with national tenants including Home Depot, Food4Less, RiteAid, McDonald's, and Starbuck's Coffee) for Fred Leeds Properties. Fred Leeds Properties is one of the largest private real estate owner/operators in Los Angeles. |
