The Investor Workshop is a free and casual environment where first-time home buyers, experienced investors and seasoned landlords meet to discuss the philosophy behind owning real estate and the steps to acquire and successfully manage it.

Presented by David Bramante, each workshop will have a different theme and different guest speakers.

Topics include repairing and building credit, steps for first-time home buyers, the residential loan process, buying multiple units, the commercial loan process, forming real estate syndications, buying apartments building and much more.
